The Surfer's Responsibility

The Samos Villas company displays on the samosvillas.com site information, photos, maps, softwares and services developed by other parties.
The Samosvillas company does not take part in their creation and development and so cannot guarantee that they be appropriate, reliable, pertinent, exact or exhaustive. In consequence, it is the surfer's duty to use the information on the site samosvillas.com carefully, and to conduct any verification under his/her own responsibility.

The samosvillas.com sites contains links to other sites. The Samos Villas company cannot exert permanent control over these sites nor be responsible for their content. The creation of these links does not mean that the Samos Villas company approves of the content of these sites. Protection of Goods and Individuals

The surfer recognizes that Samos Villas wishes to promote honest use of Internet and in line with the accepted standards of good behavior. In consequence, the surfer promises to not use the samosvillas.com site for illicit aims and notably, to not display or circulate messages or information, whatever the form or nature, that are:
- contrary to public order or accepted standards of good behavior,
- contrary to the respect of private life,
- of offensive, slanderous, racist, xenophobic or revisionist nature or that damage a person's reputation,
- inciting hate and discrimination,
- threatening a person or a group of persons,
- of pornographic or pedophile nature,
- encouraging criminal acts, offences or terrorist acts or praising war crimes or crimes against humanity,
- encouraging suicide acts,
- violating legislation on correspondence confidentiality or in general, contrary to a regulation or law in force.

The surfer also promises to:
- not use Samos Villas company's services or personal information to which he/she could have access for commercial ends and in general, to offer products and services for which he/she will be paid directly or indirectly,
- not limit by any way the use of the Samos Villas site or falsify any comment or element on the site,
- not hack into the system, alterate its content or violate the law: articles 323-1 to 323-7 of the penal code, to not send many unsolicited emails to other surfers ("spam mails"). The Samos Villas company's position is irrevocable and meets legal obligations.

The contents displayed by Samos Villas are protected by copyrights. All partial or complete copy, particularly for commercial or advertising purposes needs to be the subject of a written consent by the Samos Villas company. Only is authorized, reproduction, for unique and personal purposes, of opinions, product evaluations or exerpts on condition that the key and other references are not erased or falsified.
