Christine’s House is situated on one of the two hills of the picturesque old village of Kokkari. It is only 200 metres from the sea and just a five minute walk from the lively town centre with its bars, restaurants and popular harbour promenade. Although centrally located, the house is quite secluded as the adjoining street is closed to cars and motorbikes.

Renovated in 2005, the house is on two levels : the upper level contains the kitchen, toilet and shower and the living room with sleeping accommodation for 2 people. On the lower level, there is a full size bed, a second toilet and shower. A fold-away bed is available to accommodate a fifth person.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (including a large freezer), coffee machine, blender, toaster, fruit juice maker, electric kettle...

Built in the traditional thick-walled samian style, the house stays pleasantly cool even in mid-summer. In the spring and autumn, Kokkari is the perfect starting point for the many walks through the Ambelos mountains, and in the summer the two local beaches and the bay of Kokkari with its ideal conditions for surfers, are within easy reach.

Supermarkets, chemist’s, car rental, bars, restaurants and souvenir shops can all be found in the village centre.
