In a convenient location in the picturesque conservation village of Kokkari, the house is arround 60 meters from the main beach, with the other two smaller beaches about 10 minutes walk away. The local shops and tavernas are also nearby, but if you wish to go further afield, car hire can be arranged. The walled garden incorporates a built in barbecue and there is also a public car park next door.

The inside has recently been refurbished and modernised to a high standard, in an 'open-plan' layout, with a new fully fitted and equiped kitchen including an oven & hob. The bathroom is fully tiled with tub and shower.

There are three double bedrooms, with an additional washroom & toilet adjacent.

Minimum rental period 4 days. Discounts available forr rentals of 2 weeks or longer. Rates for long lets (4 weeks or more) by negotiation.
